We are looking for a DCDP - Continental at Back to Source.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental dishes as per recipes and standards.
Ensure proper mise en place and kitchen readiness before service.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Support senior chefs during food preparation and service.
Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
