Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a skilled and friendly manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable watch collections.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
Maintain showroom presentation, grooming, and brand standards.
Achieve sales targets and support store operations.
Coordinate with team members for smooth customer handling.
Maintain customer database and feedback records.

Requirements:
Positive English communication skills.




Presentable personality with professional grooming.
Customer-focused attitude and positive behavior.
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
Smart, confident, and energetic personality.
Passion for watches, fashion, and premium retail.
Robust interpersonal and convincing skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
