As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Expert IT Brains, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Bidding and Proposal Management:
Utilize your expertise to bid on projects via freelancing websites such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
Craft compelling proposals that effectively showcase our services, capabilities, and value proposition.
Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow up as needed to maximize success rates.
Customer Engagement:
Effectively communicate our company's offerings, perks, and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and areas for growth.
Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market analysis.
Collaboration and Coordination:




Collaborate with internal teams including project managers, developers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with the delivery team to align client expectations with project deliverables.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of proven experience in bidding on freelancing websites like Upwork, Freelancer, etc., preferably in the IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
