Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
Appoint, onboard, and maintain robust relationships with distributors and dealers.
Develop and expand the company's retail network and market coverage.
Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective beat/route coverage.
Visit retail counters, take orders, and ensure timely order execution.
Increase the number of active retail counters and improve product availability.
Ensure proper product visibility, display, merchandising, and stock rotation at retail outlets.
Monitor distributor stock, sales, outstanding payments, and market requirements.
Ensure products are available across the assigned market and identify distribution gaps.
Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes, current launches, and market trends.
Coordinate with the distributor and delivery team for timely dispatch and delivery.
