Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse customers.
Basic sales skills, including product demonstration, upselling, and closing sales in a retail or direct-to-consumer workplace.
Interest in skincare and beauty, with the ability to learn product details, key ingredients, and advantages to guide customers effectively.
Good organizational skills for managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and handling point-of-sale operations.
Ability to work in office full time in Delhi, India, including weekends or extended hours as required by store operations.
Comfort using digital tools or POS systems for billing, customer data entry, and reporting basic sales metrics.
Prior experience in sales, telecalling is mandatory.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or cosmetology is an advantage.
