Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting Roveo Homes’ interior fit-out and furniture solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with design and production teams, and managing the sales pipeline.

The role involves planning and executing marketing activities, including digital campaigns, promotional events, and brand-building initiatives to increase visibility in the residential, commercial and hospitality segments.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements,



and provide qualified support throughout the sales cycle.
Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing deals in interiors, furniture, or related industries.
Sales Management capabilities, such as pipeline management, reporting, and coordination with internal teams to meet revenue targets.
Training skills to effectively present product features, educate clients on solutions, and support internal team knowledge-sharing.
Knowledge of marketing principles, with familiarity in digital marketing, social media, and basic branding strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working on-site in a quick-paced workplace, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in interior fit-outs, furniture manufacturing, real estate, or design-focused sectors is an advantage.
