Key Responsibilities

Team Management
Supervise workers and daily site activities.
Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
Maintain discipline and proper coordination among team members.

Performance Monitoring
Monitor employee productivity and work efficiency.
Provide guidance and feedback to improve performance.

Training & Development
Train recent employees regarding work processes and safety procedures.
Support team members in improving technical and operational skills.

Scheduling & Attendance
Prepare work schedules and manage shifts.
Maintain attendance and leave records.

Problem Solving
Handle operational issues and resolve team conflicts.
Coordinate with management regarding site-related challenges.





Quality & Safety Control
Ensure work is completed as per company quality standards.
Follow safety rules and maintain a secure working environment.

Reporting
Prepare daily and weekly work reports.
Update management on productivity and project status.

Eligibility Criteria
