Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work in a part-time, remote capacity to support the growth of EasyManage across multiple industries and markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, conducting product demos, and guiding organizations through the sales process. The role involves managing leads, nurturing customer relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns, content, and promotional activities that highlight platform perks.





The specialist will also gather customer feedback, assist in onboarding and basic training for new clients, and provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and support existing clients effectively.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead conversion, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver clear product demonstrations and guide new customers through onboarding.
Familiarity with cloud-based software, SaaS products, or business management tools is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and basic office productivity software is preferred.
Experience in B2B sales or selling to service-oriented industries (such as gyms, salons, logistics, or education) is an advantage.
