Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication, managing customer relations, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include training team members, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing the sales process to achieve business goals.
The specialist will also be involved in marketing initiatives to promote the company's offerings and expand its market presence.
Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Proven experience in Sales and expertise in Sales Management to drive performance and achieve targets
Ability to conduct Training and develop skills in team members to strengthen the sales team
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the automotive or lubricant industry is a bonus
