Manage the complete customer journey from enquiry to test drive and final purchase.
Follow up with prospective customers and drive conversion and closure.
Build solid customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Understand market trends, competitors and changing customer expectations.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
Product knowledge will be provided through training; robust consultative selling and customer-handling skills are the key requirement
