Role Overview

This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has a strong passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads)
Conduct site visits and present the venue to potential clients
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective negotiation and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and vendors
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event planning and execution
Identify recent business opportunities and partnerships to increase bookings




Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions

Requirements:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or real estate:
Ability to confidently handle client meetings and close deals
Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
Ability to work in office and manage multiple clients simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
