We are looking for a Sr. Sales & Application Engineer to drive sales and application business development by understanding customer requirements and providing suitable solutions for their maintenance challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Visit clients across Cement, Mining, Power, Paper, Steel and other process industries.
Understand customer maintenance challenges and provide comprehensive product and application solutions.
Train and educate end users on products and their applications.
Manage and maintain the customer portfolio.
Develop new customers to expand business and increase sales volume.
Interact and negotiate pricing with clients.
Drive sales initiatives to achieve business goals and assigned targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new customers.
Conduct regular customer visits and create awareness about products and services.




Identify opportunities to develop and enhance business for the organization.

Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
3–6 years of relevant experience.
Strong passion for Application Business Development.
Good customer relationship and business development skills.
Willingness to travel regularly for client visits.
Positive negotiation and communication skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Ability to develop current customers and maintain existing customer relationships

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
