Job Title: Production Supervisor / Operations Manager (Signage / Fabrication)

Location: Mumbai (Factory-based + Site Coordination)

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor / Operations Manager who can take full responsibility for day-to-day factory operations, worker management, and project execution in a signage manufacturing company.

This is NOT a desk job. You will be actively involved in production, planning, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Production & Worker Management
Assign daily work to workers and ensure timely completion
Monitor productivity and maintain discipline on shopfloor
Ensure quality checks at every stage
Material Planning
Plan raw material requirements based on projects
Ensure materials are available in advance
Coordinate with vendors for procurement
Project Coordination
Track production and installation progress
Communicate updates with clients
Handle in office issues and execution challenges
Technical Understanding




Understand basic drawings (AutoCAD / layouts)
Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials)
Support workers with technical guidance
Reporting & Systems
Maintain Excel sheets for stock and progress
Help improve systems and processes

Requirements:
Experience in signage / fabrication / interiors / metal / electrical work:
Experience handling workers or shopfloor operations:
Basic knowledge of drawings and measurements:
Positive communication (Hindi + basic English)
Must know Excel and basic computer work
