Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities at project sites. The role involves ensuring quality execution, maintaining timelines, and coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are maintained
Implement quality checks and ensure compliance with project standards
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and site protocols
Identify and resolve in office challenges proactively
Maintain proper reporting and communication with management and stakeholders
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience in handling construction or site execution work
Basic understanding of structural and construction practices
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage time and handle multiple site activities
Knowledge of safety standards and site procedures
Location:Vijay Nagar, Indore
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
