Senior Design Manager- Corporate Interiors Design- REAL ESTATE
6+ years in interior design with solid commercial/workspace projects delivered end to end, including 2+ years leading small teams.
Expert hands: AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or 3ds Max with V-Ray/Corona; Revit and Adobe Suite are a plus.
Solid working-drawing and detailing fundamentals; comfort with BOQs, materials and vendor ecosystems.
Experience presenting to clients and handling feedback cycles with maturity.
A portfolio that shows both concept flair and technical rigour.
