Coordinate with the sales team, customers, dealers, and distributors.
Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents.
Track orders, dispatches, deliveries, and payments.
Maintain customer and sales records in ERP/CRM.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
Coordinate with Accounts, Dispatch, and other departments.
Handle customer queries and follow up on pending requirements.
Provide administrative and documentation support to the sales team.
Manage travel and other requisites of the sales team.
