Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)of all manufacturing facilities.
Conduct routine quality analysis for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.
Participate in internal and external audits, customer inspections, and regulatory reviews.
Document and report deviations, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Train plant staff on hygiene practices, GMPs, and food safety protocols.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and lab teams to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology/Food Technology or related discipline.




2 to 5 years of experience in a QA role in the food industry (experience in a wheat flour industry preferred).
Knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP, FSSAI, GMP, and ISO 22000.
Experience handling audit processes (internal, regulatory, or third-party).
Robust communication and documentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic QA documentation systems.

Preferred Certifications
HACCP Certification, ISO 22000/Internal Auditor Certification

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
