Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective digital marketing and Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies
Handle end-to-end client coordination and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare and present monthly performance reports and campaign insights to clients
Manage social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google
Lead, mentor, and manage marketing team members and interns
Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and performance marketers for campaign execution
Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and ROI using analytics tools
Plan content calendars, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness activities
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management




Solid knowledge of social media marketing strategies and digital platforms
Excellent client communication and presentation skills
Experience in team handling and leadership
Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, SEO basics, and analytics tools
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
Creative mindset with analytical thinking

Preferred Skills
Experience in agency workplace preferred
Knowledge of content marketing and branding strategies
Basic understanding of video/content production workflows
