Telecaller - Dee Pet Services

Job Role
Calling potential and existing customers
Explaining our pet care services and products
Handling customer queries and follow-ups
Maintaining customer records and call details
Coordinating with the internal team for bookings and support
Converting leads into successful bookings/sales
Following up with clients through calls and WhatsApp

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Polite and skilled behaviour
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to convince and interact with customers
Prior telecalling/customer support experience is preferred
Love for pets is a bonus
