You Must Have:
7+ years’ experience in Project Controls.

Strong Experience with Cost Control, Scheduling (Waterfall/Agile/Lean/Scrum),



Time Management, and Contract Management
Able to be versatile and think outside the box
Bi/Multi-lingual

SBU Specific:
Experience in EcoSys, Cora, or other PMIS (Project Management Information System)
Experience in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
Cost Reporting Generation: CPR, IPMR, IPMDAR, CFSR
External Integrated Master Schedule Reporting: Microsoft Project, SSI Tool
Proposal Experience: Generating Basis of Estimate

Lead and Drive development of project control plan, WBS, cost budget and schedule baselines to measure project performance/success through KPI's on the largest, most complex, multi-site projects
Analyze project performance through cost and schedule integration. Analyze the unbilled, receivable, and payable balances on assigned projects.
