Job Description:
Intellistaff is hiring experienced specialists for the role of AR Caller - International Voice Process (Medical Billing) in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification
Handle denials and take necessary follow-up actions
Work on outstanding claims / AR reports
Perform insurance follow-ups, patient calling, and provider outreach
Maintain daily productivity logs
Meet SLA targets with speed and accuracy
Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
Escalate issues to seniors in a timely manner

Eligibility Criteria:
1 to 6 years of experience in Voice Process / Medical Billing / AR Calling
Any Graduate or Undergraduate
Robust communication skills (mandatory)
Experience in US Healthcare process preferred

Key Notes:
Immediate joiners are highly preferred
