Relationship Officer – Gold Loan

We are hiring Relationship Officers – Gold Loan to acquire new customers, manage existing relationships, and support gold-loan business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire recent customers and expand the gold-loan portfolio.
Identify potential customers through local market activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Support gold valuation and loan processing.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking procedures.
Handle customer follow-ups, renewals, and portfolio management.
Monitor portfolio quality and assist with collection activities.
Achieve assigned business and sales targets.

Required Candidate Profile
Candidates interested in banking and sales.
Experience in gold loans, banking, NBFCs, or financial services preferred.




Basic knowledge of finance and loan operations.
Experience/knowledge in gold-loan appraisal, sourcing, renewals, and collections is an advantage.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in the field/local market.
Age: Up to 35 years.
