Job Title: Primary / Secondary School Teacher (All Subjects)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per the curriculum guidelines.
Assess, evaluate, and monitor student performance through assignments, tests, and classroom participation.
Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive, and protected classroom setting.
Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning materials to support student understanding.
Encourage student participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
Communicate student progress and concerns with parents/guardians when required.
Participate in school activities, staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and training sessions.
Maintain attendance records, reports, and academic documentation.
Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student learning needs.





Required Qualifications:
B.Ed. / D.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred (as applicable).
Prior teaching experience in Primary or Secondary education preferred.
Solid communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and student development.
