'- Review and understand configuration specification/design documents- Assess and design basic to medium level workforce management solutions
Configure and implement moderate workforce management solutions
Complete quality assurance testing of solutions
Assist customer with testing, understanding the solution and go live support, as needed
Deploy and release configuration to productions setting
Communicate clearly with project leadership to provide status updates
Deliver presentation within the team
Provide clear and concise status updates to team/project leadership- General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
General understanding of business unit/group function.
Exercises judgment when interpreting company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
Has knowledge of alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the business or technological environment.
