Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Operate and handle machines as per standard operating procedures.
Monitor machine performance during production activities.
Load and unload materials required for production processes.
Assist in machine setup and basic operational activities.
Ensure proper handling and movement of materials within the production area.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines and workstations.
Report machine issues, defects, or operational irregularities to the supervisor.
Follow safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.




Maintain basic production records as required.

Education Qualification
Any Graduate

Experience
Technical or manufacturing experience will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Skills & Competencies
Willingness to learn and adapt to work processes.
Basic understanding and ability to follow instructions.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and responsible work attitude.
Ability to work in a night shift setting.
