Recruiter cum Telecaller -

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and positive-communication-skilled Recruiter cum Telecaller to handle candidate sourcing, screening, telephonic communication, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain job opportunities clearly.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and experience.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, documentation, and joining.
Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment records.
Handle incoming calls and respond to candidate enquiries professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and recruitment targets.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.




Prepare recruitment and calling reports for management.
Coordinate with the HR/recruitment team to fulfill hiring requirements.

Requirements
Previous experience in Recruitment, HR, Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Service is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, job portals, and CRM/recruitment software.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Good candidate-handling and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
