About the Role

We're looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our team. This role isn't limited to any specific industry background what matters most is solid communication and the ability to engage candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
Post and manage job openings across relevant job portals
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
Conduct initial telephonic/video screening calls
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS in Excel/Google Sheets
Follow up with candidates through offer and joining stages
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future roles

What We're Looking For
1 2 years of recruitment experience
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
Comfortable using AI tools to support sourcing/screening
Self-motivated with robust follow-up discipline.
