Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline positions. (Housekeeping boys)
Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, recruitment vendors, WhatsApp groups, social media, local networks, job fairs, and walk-ins.
Conduct high-volume calling, screening, and initial interviews.
Understand manpower requirements from site/business teams and close positions within agreed timelines.
Maintain a solid pipeline of candidates for urgent and recurring requirements.
Coordinate candidate documentation, background verification, medical checks, and joining formalities.
Coordinate candidate mobilization from different locations when required.
Maintain daily recruitment trackers and provide MIS/recruitment reports.
Coordinate with site HR, operations teams, and hiring managers for manpower deployment.
Build and maintain relationships with local recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
Conduct recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and local sourcing activities.
Ensure candidates meet job, experience, age, documentation, and other organizational requirements.




Support new-site mobilization and bulk manpower deployment.
Maintain proper recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Daily/weekly candidate sourcing and interview targets
Positions closed within agreed TAT

Required Skills
Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
Excellent communication and convincing ability
High-volume recruitment experience
Positive knowledge of local labour markets
Candidate follow-up and mobilization skills
Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
Good coordination with operations and site teams

Preferred candidate profile
13 years of experience in blue-collar/frontline recruitment preferred.
Experience in facility management, housekeeping, security, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, logistics, or manpower staffing will be an advantage.
Freshers with solid communication and sourcing skills may be considered for junior positions.
