We are looking for an HR Executive / HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment and support basic HR operations for our office in Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
Handle the full recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to joining.
Understand hiring requirements from management and department heads.
Prepare and post job descriptions on Indeed and other job portals.
Conduct initial HR interviews or filtering rounds before technical/management interviews.
Support offer discussions, joining confirmation, and documentation.
Assist with background verification and reference checks where required.
Maintain basic employee records and HR documentation.
Support HR activities such as attendance records, leave records, employee letters, policy communication, and general coordination.
Prepare or coordinate basic HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, relieving letters, experience letters, etc.

Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment is required.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment is strongly preferred.




Experience with job portals like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
Positive written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Marathi communication will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of HR documentation and employee record management.
Positive knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining trackers.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open positions at the same time.

Qualification
Any Graduate can apply.
HR specialization, MBA HR, or recruitment-related training will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.

We prefer someone who:
Has handled recruitment independently before.
Understands the importance of timely hiring closure.
Can maintain proper records instead of working only informally.
Is stable, sincere, and looking for a long-term full time role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
