Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Engineer – Fresher with a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining technical products/solutions, generating leads, preparing quotations, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in technical sales, customer interaction, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Understand the company's products, applications, and technical specifications.
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Provide appropriate technical solutions based on customer needs.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with the engineering, production, service, and purchase teams.




Follow up with customers from enquiry to order confirmation.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain customer records.
Develop long-term relationships with customers.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Freshers with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant sales aptitude may also be considered.

Required Skills
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to understand technical drawings/specifications is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
