Ytiliga Private Limited, a New Delhi-headquartered specialty pharmaceutical and nutraceutical company, invites applications for a Research Analyst Product Development to support formulation, evaluation and commercialisation of nutraceutical products.
Experience in product development, food analysis, sensory evaluation, packaging and shelf-life studies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support formulation and stability/shelf-life studies for current nutraceutical products.
Conduct scientific literature reviews and prepare technical dossiers and product monographs.
Assist with FSSAI/regulatory documentation, label claims and substantiation.
Coordinate analytical and stability testing with the manufacturing partner and external laboratories.
Prepare scientific inputs for marketing materials and field-force training.
Work Location: Lucknow, with occasional travel to Recent Delhi and the manufacturing partner's facility as required. Duration: Full time, permanent.
