Job Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for overseas job opportunities.
Conduct candidate calls and explain job roles, requirements, and recruitment processes.
Guide candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and update recruitment records.
Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
Handle candidate queries and provide professional support.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, overseas hiring, or sales preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Solid follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of overseas recruitment processes is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
