Driving Admissions for Schools & BD - B2B
Experience of 4+ years at least in K12 education / edtech domain
Job Location - Ahmedabad - (Should be open to travel)
Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to increase school partnerships, program awareness, and organizational growth.
Build and maintain relationships with school principals, management teams, consultants, and other stakeholders through meetings, events, and strategic tie-ups.
Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and outreach activities, while preparing MIS reports and presenting business insights to management.
Identify, pitch, and onboard coaching institutes, and education partners.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase program advantages.
Organize and coordinate seminars and workshops for K-12 students and institutions.
Generate leads proactively and convert them through effective sales pitches.




Strengthen Kalorex’s presence in the assigned territory as per defined targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve revenue targets and sales goals set by the reporting manager.

Qualifications:
MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in EdTech or education product sales.
Solid understanding of the K-12 school ecosystem.
Excellent communication skills in English and regional language.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
