· Calling to the given leads as well as contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email or by WhatsApp

· Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints & Provide information to the customers

· Focusing on client requirement

· Closing sales deals

· Keeping a record of calls and relevant details

· Updating customer details

· Maintain good relationships with clients

· Meeting monthly sales targets.

· Participating in sales team meetings.

· Experience & Skilled required:

· Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

· Excellent communication skills

· Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software

· Client / Customer / Team orientated

· Valuable customer service skills

· Positive team player

· Ability to negotiate

· Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
