Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily preparation and quality of coffee and beverage items.
Develop and standardize recipes for coffee, cold brews, mocktails, and specialty drinks.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all beverages.
Manage brewing equipment (coffee machines, grinders, etc.) and ensure proper maintenance.
Train and guide baristas and beverage staff.
Monitor inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other ingredients.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per company guidelines.
Experiment with current flavors, seasonal menus, and beverage innovations.
Ensure smooth workflow and efficiency in beverage operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in coffee brewing, barista role, or beverage preparation.




Robust knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques (Espresso, Pour-over, French Press, Cold Brew, etc.).
Hands-on experience with coffee machines and equipment.
Understanding of flavor profiles and beverage presentation.
Valuable communication and team management skills.
Attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Barista Training or Coffee Brewing.
Experience in cafés, QSRs, or beverage brands.
Knowledge of mocktails and specialty beverage preparations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
