The Location Business Manager is responsible for driving profitable business growth at the assigned location by achieving revenue targets through Direct and Co-Lending business, generating fee income, maximizing cross-sell opportunities, and maintaining a healthy portfolio. The role also focuses on leading the location team with high productivity while ensuring compliance, governance, and ethical business practices.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Revenue
- Achieve assigned business and revenue targets through Direct and Co-Lending channels.
- Drive profitable business growth in Commercial Vehicle Finance Segment while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with dealers, DSAs, channel partners, and key customers.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand market penetration within the assigned geography.
Fee Income & Cross-Sell
- Achieve fee income targets through value-added products and services.
- Drive cross-selling of insurance, protection products, and other company-approved offerings.
- Improve customer wallet share by promoting relevant financial products.
Portfolio Management
- Ensure effective management of the Early Due (ED) portfolio for accounts up to 12 months from disbursement.
- Monitor delinquency trends and implement corrective actions to control overdue cases.
- Coordinate with Collections and Credit teams to maintain portfolio health.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues impacting collections.
Team Management & Productivity
- Lead, coach, and motivate the location sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor individual productivity and ensure achievement of defined KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, field visits, and capability-building sessions.
