We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Optical Sales Executive to join our optical store.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting frames, sunglasses, and lenses.
Explain lens types, coatings, brands, and frame features to customers.
Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
Handle sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
Manage billing and order processing.
Maintain accurate customer and order details.
Maintain product displays and store inventory.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
Maintain a qualified and friendly workplace in the store.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Sales/retail experience preferred.
Optical industry experience will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of lenses and frames is preferred.
* Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
