Role & responsibilities :
Restaurant Partner Management: Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners and act as the primary point of contact.
Business Growth: Drive order growth, revenue, conversion, and overall business performance for assigned restaurants.
Partner Performance: Track key metrics such as orders, GMV, cancellations, ratings, customer complaints, and restaurant availability.
Restaurant Success: Identify performance gaps and recommend actions to improve visibility, orders, menu conversion, and customer experience.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with restaurant owners/management and understand their business challenges.
Promotions & Campaigns: Drive participation in relevant Swiggy campaigns, offers, discounts, and promotional programs.
Menu & Catalogue Management: Ensure menus, pricing, images, availability, and other restaurant information are accurate and optimized.
Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational, payment, technology, or customer-related issues faced by restaurant partners.
Data Analysis: Use business data and dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming restaurants.
Competition & Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity,



pricing, offers, and market trends to provide actionable recommendations.
Retention: Reduce partner churn and improve engagement by proactively addressing partner concerns.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Product/Tech teams to resolve issues and improve restaurant performance.
Target Achievement: Deliver assigned revenue, order, retention, and partner-engagement targets.

Preferred candidate profile
15 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, partner management, or customer success.
Experience managing B2B/B2C clients or merchant/restaurant partners.
Solid data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Positive understanding of revenue, sales, conversion, retention and growth metrics.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple restaurant partners and work in a target-driven workplace.
Experience in food-tech, e-commerce, marketplace, SaaS, retail, or hospitality would be an advantage.
Salary upto 5.5 LPA with Incentives & other allowances.
