You’ll make a difference by:
Manage employee data maintenance (EDM) in Workday and ServiceNow (ticketing tool)
Handle HR administrative requests using Workday and CRM tools.




Ensure accuracy and attention to detail through a proactive approach
Act as the front-facing support for the HR Admin team, handling end-to-end HR transactions
Maintain high standards of accuracy, SLA adherence, and first-time resolution

Your success is grounded in:
4years to 5 years of experience in Hire to Retire (H2R) processes - US & Canada (Employee Life Cycle)
3 years - 4 years of experience in Employee Data Management (EDM)
Graduate in any discipline
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates a “know-how” approach rather than a “know-what” mindset
Advance knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Robust mindset towards operational excellence
