Robust experience of retail is required, minimum 10 yrs.
Plan and manage seasonal merchandise assortment across categories.
Analyze sales trends, rapid-moving and slow-moving products.
Ensure stock replenishment and optimum inventory levels across stores.
Coordinate with buying, sourcing, warehouse, and store teams.
Monitor category-wise sales, margins, sell-through, and stock ageing.
Prepare MIS reports, stock reports, and weekly performance analysis.
Execute markdowns, promotions, and stock transfers when required.
Maintain size ratios and depth planning for stores.
Work closely with VM (Visual Merchandising) team to maintain brand display standards.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify current fashion trends.
Ensure timely allocation of merchandise based on store performance.
Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for delivery timelines and product availability.
Support launch planning for current collections and seasonal campaigns

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
