Social Media Manager & Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, performance-driven, and passionate Social Media Manager & Performance Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media handling, paid advertising, and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
Plan monthly content calendars, captions, reel concepts, and campaign ideas
Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
Generate quality leads, reach, engagement, and conversions through paid campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and clients for smooth content execution
Stay updated with social media trends, digital marketing updates, and competitor activities
Support basic SEO activities including keyword research, content optimization, and website recommendations

Requirements:




Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and performance marketing
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies
Positive communication, coordination, and creative thinking skills
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing is an added advantage
Ability to manage multiple brands/projects and meet deadlines efficiently
