We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead Field Sales to manage and drive field sales operations. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in leading field sales teams, achieving business targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring team productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve business targets.
Drive sales execution, market expansion, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Manage daily sales activities, team productivity, and performance tracking.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and provide on-ground support.
Develop and execute strategies to improve sales numbers and market penetration.
Ensure effective territory management and achievement of assigned targets.




Track key sales metrics and prepare performance reports.
Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity and sales capability.
Handle field hiring, onboarding, and training of sales team members.
Work closely with business teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
Travel extensively across the assigned geography to manage operations and support the sales team
