We are seeking a persuasive and qualified Telecalling Executive fluent in any one of the language Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and English to join our branch office team in Chennai. You will be the primary point of contact for our regional clients, responsible for lead generation, follow-ups on industrial inquiries, and maintaining solid business relationships with dealers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Lead Generation: Reach out to potential B2B clients, industrial contractors, and retail partners to introduce our manufactured products.
Customer Support: Handle inbound inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.
Database Management: Maintain and update an accurate database of customer interactions, feedback, and sales leads in the Excel.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with existing leads and past customers to ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction.
Order Coordination: Work closely with the sales and dispatch teams to communicate customer requirements and delivery timelines.




Market Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback regarding product quality and pricing to help improve manufacturing standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Any one of Hindi ,Telugu, Kannada *is mandatory. Positive proficiency in English or Tamil is a plus.
Education: Degree (UG preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecall, sales, or customer support. Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Computer, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
