Key Responsibilities / KRA :

• Attend customers, understand their requirements, and provide a positive shopping experience.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
Maintain proper product placement, category arrangement, and displays.

•Perform upselling and cross-selling by recommending relevant products.
Maintain solid knowledge of Growfitz products, features, pricing, offers, and promotions.
Handle POS operations, billing, payments, and accurate invoice generation.
Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and visual merchandising standards.




Support stock counting, inventory management, and product availability.
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Skills & Requirements :

• Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong sales and convincing abilities.
Positive understanding of products with willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems.
Positive attitude, discipline, and presentable personality.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Retail sales experience will be preferred.
