Key Accountabilities:
Accounting & Financial Ownership:
Lead and ensureaccurate and timely accounting of related transactions, including purchases, inventory, taxes, and pricing adjustments.:
Lead all aspects offuel inventory accounting, reconciliation, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment between physical stock, transactional records, and financial reporting.:
Manage complex reconciliation activities acrossdeliveries, sales, tanks, and pricing movements, resolving discrepancies and ensuring completeness of financials.:
Ownmonth-end and year-end close processes for overall accounting within RTR.:
Accounting, Reporting & Controls:
Ensureaccuracy and completeness of actuals, forecasting, and financial reporting, with solid analytical review and variance commentary.:
Drive adherence toIFRS and BP accounting policies,



partnering closely with Accounting Policy teams.:
Perform the margin reviews and moving average reviews.:
Design and maintainrobust internal controls frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.:
3. Risk Management & Governance:
Lead and embed astrong risk management framework, proactively identifying financial and operational risks and implementing mitigation strategies.:
Ensurestandardization of processes and control adherence across entities and clusters.:
4. Leadership & People Management:
Lead, coach, and develop ateam of accounting specialists and team leads, driving performance, capability building, and succession planning.:
Set explicit goals, performance expectations, and accountability frameworks across the team.:
Foster a culture ofownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.:
