Key Responsibilities • Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages and online queries professionally.
Manage and monitor online orders received through different platforms.
Coordinate order processing, packing and dispatch with the internal team.
Provide customers with order updates and resolve basic queries or concerns.
Maintain proper records of orders, customer details and follow-ups.
Welcome and assist clients visiting the studio and provide a warm customer experience.
Coordinate with the team to ensure timely order fulfilment and smooth daily operations.
Build positive relationships with customers and represent the Aura by Khushbu brand professionally.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
