We are looking for a result-oriented Sales & Distribution Manager to expand our market presence and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities Sales Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate new business opportunities and increase market share.
Develop relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and institutional customers.
Increase sales volume of all assigned cement brands.

Market Expansion
Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.




Identify new projects and business opportunities in the region.
Maintain solid visibility and presence of company brands in the market.

Reporting
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Provide sales forecasts and business development plans.

Compensation Fixed Salary + Performance Incentive

Pay: ₹9,890.39 - ₹20,000.00 per month
