About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Kitchen Manager who can oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and maintain high food quality and service standards. The Cloud Kitchen Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth order processing, productive kitchen coordination, inventory management, and timely deliveries while maintaining a solid customer experience. With professionalism, leadership skills, and a positive attitude, they will contribute to the growth, operational efficiency, and brand reputation of our kitchen, while supporting the long-term success of the team.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day cloud kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
Maintain a positive and productive work culture




Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health regulations
Monitor food quality, packaging standards, and timely order dispatch
Coordinate with aggregators, delivery partners, and customers to ensure smooth service
Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally
Supervise kitchen staff and provide training and performance feedback
Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement of kitchen supplies
Create staff rosters and assist with payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Monitor kitchen operations, food preparation, and portion control
Check food presentation, packaging, and temperature before dispatch
Schedule kitchen staff shifts and manage manpower efficiently
Order food supplies and kitchen equipment as required
Train kitchen staff on food preparation, plating, packaging, and
