We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and confident individuals to join our team as Pharma Sales Executives (Telecallers).

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to doctors, pharmacies, distributors, stockists, and potential clients to promote pharmaceutical products.
Convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Explain product benefits, pricing, offers, and company services effectively.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate call records, customer data, and sales reports.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing and customer support.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns efficiently.

Requirements:
Experience in pharmaceutical sales, telecalling,



telesales preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
Solid sales mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
Positive attitude, confidence, and self-motivation.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
