n1. Objective:
nTo achieve the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and create the highest return for
nboth Unite Core Pvt Ltd and the OEM.
nThe ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with Large, Medium, Large Enterprise
nclients to build new business sales funnel and successful deal closure for the company. This candidate
nwill be focused and have robust communication skills. They should be able to think critically when
nmaking plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
n2. Main Responsibilities:
n• Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive
ncustomer ratings

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social median
Maintain positive professional relationships with clientsn
Use financial techniques to improve sales revenuen
Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being metn
Track all business-related invoicesn




Train sales professionals and help improve their skillsn
Build long term relationship with recent and existing customersn
Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutionsn
Promote the company's products or services to prospective clientsn
Participate in cooperative business meetings to update key stakeholdersn
Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeoplen
Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelinesn
Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products orn
